Where do I get help if home does not feel safe?

Call 111 if you are in danger now — otherwise national helplines, refuges, and police family harm teams can help you plan next steps.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 111. Family violence includes physical harm, threats, controlling money, isolation, and sexual violence — it can happen in any relationship.

Women’s Refuge runs a national 24/7 crisis line. Victim Support and other services can help with safety planning. Police family harm teams respond to incidents and can connect you with support.

Workplaces may offer family violence leave after qualifying service. You do not need to leave forever to ask for help — many people start with one confidential call. Educational only — not a safety plan on its own.
