Healthline offers free 24/7 health advice from registered nurses — use it when you are unsure whether to see a doctor.
Healthline is a free phone service staffed by registered nurses who can talk through symptoms and advise whether to see a GP, visit urgent care, or call 111. It runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
It does not replace emergency care — if someone is seriously ill or injured, call 111. Healthline can also connect you with interpreters.
For ongoing prescriptions or chronic conditions, your enrolled GP practice is still the home base. Educational signposting only — not a diagnosis.
